We bring this firm-wide standard to each case we undertake, regardless of the fee agreement we have in place. At the same time, we acknowledge the financial tension that stems from the billable-hour business model, so we seek to improve our financial alignment with our clients where appropriate. To that end, we offer a range of billing models for the litigations we undertake, including hourly fees, flat fees, success-based fees, and blended combinations of the same.
